Please Note: Please be punctual for this exam as it may last a minimum of 4 hours. For Neuropsychological evaluations please set aside 4 to 6 hours.

We regret that the doctor’s office cannot accommodate patient’s friends, children under 18 years old and pets. Please bring eyeglasses and / or hearing aids, if appropriate.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street. $3/hour, $19 per day if arrive before 9:00am.
