Please Note: Please be punctual as this appointment will last 4 hours or more. You may take a lunch break and breaks as needed during the examination. For Neuropsychological evaluations please set aside 6 to 8 hours. Paid parking is available in the Sutter Place Garage or metered street parking is available. Parking rate at Sutter Place Garage is $7.00 all day before 10am and no later than 6pm. Otherwise, parking rate is at $1.50 every 20 min with a maximum of $12 for 12 hours.

From Santa Rosa / Golden Gate Bridge
Take Highway 101 & cross Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco
Exit at Lombard Street
Stay on Lombard
Turn right onto Van Ness
Turn right onto Sutter Street
The office is located on the left side at corner of Sutter & Van Ness before Franklin

From Oakland / Bay Bridge
Take I-80 West towards San Francisco
Cross the San Francisco Bay Bridge
Stay in the right lane and exit at Fremont Street
Turn left onto Fremont Street; Fremont Street becomes Front Street
Turn left onto Pine Street
Turn left onto Van Ness Avenue/ US-101
Turn right onto Sutter Street
The office is located on the left side at corner of Sutter & Van Ness before Franklin

From Peninsula / San Jose
Take 101 North towards San Francisco / Golden Gate Bridge
Exit at 9th Street towards Civic Center
Bear right onto Larkin St
Turn left onto Sutter St
The office is located on the left side at corner of Sutter & Van Ness before Franklin

From BART
Take BART to the Montgomery Street Station. You may
1) Exit BART to Sutter & Sansome to take either MUNI Bus 2, 3 or 4. Get off at Sutter & Van Ness Avenue. The office is located on the left side at corner of Sutter & Van Ness before Franklin

2) Exit BART to Market & Montgomery to take either MUNI Bus 38 or 38L. Get off at Geary & Van Ness Avenue. Walk two blocks to your right to Sutter St. The office is located on the left side at corner of Sutter & Van Ness before Franklin
