Building Access Code Instructions
1. At front door, press code “1128” then the “CALL” button.
2. The doctor’s office phone rings, doctor will answer.
3. If the person is expected, doctor will open door electronically.
5. PULL the LEFT door open during a 10 second beeping sound.

From West Sacramento (approx. 6 miles)
Take I-80BL E
Take the exit toward Redding
Merge onto I-5 N
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 519B for J St toward Downtown
Use any lane to turn right onto J St
Use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 7th St
Turn left onto Merchant St
Doctor’s office will be on the right

From Folsom (approx. 23 miles)
Take US-50 W toward Sacramento
Merge onto US-50 W
Continue onto I-80BUS W/US-50 W
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 4A for Interstate 5 N/Interstate 5 S/State Route 99 North toward Redding/Los Angeles
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Redding/CA-99 N/I-5 N and merge onto I-5 N
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 519B for J St toward Downtown
Use any lane to turn right onto J St
Use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 7th St
Turn left onto Merchant St

Take Interstate 5 S toward Red Bluff/Sacramento
Merge onto I-5 S

Keep right at the fork to continue on CA-160 S/N Sacramento Fwy, follow signs for Downtown/Sacramento
Continue onto N 12th St
Slight right onto N B St
Turn left onto 7th St
Turn left onto Merchant St

From Chico (approx. 89 miles)
Take CA-149 S, follow signs for Oroville/Marysville/CA-70
Continue onto CA-70 S
Turn right after O'Reilly Auto Parts (on the left) (signs for Yuba City/Sacramento)
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto CA-70 S/E St
Continue to follow CA-70 S
Pass by Jack in the Box (on the right)
Keep right to stay on CA-70 S, follow signs for Sacramento
CA-70 S turns slightly right and becomes CA-99 S
Merge onto I-5 S
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 519B for J St toward Downtown
Continue onto J St
Use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 7th St
Turn left onto Merchant St
