Take US-101 N toward SAN JOSE/SAN FRANCISCO
Continue to follow US-101 N
Take exit #377A/CUPERTINO/ MOUNTAIN VIEW onto CA-85 N
Take the SAN JOSE/ SANTA CRUZ exit onto CA-17 S toward Santa Cruz
Take the Lark Ave exit
Turn right at Lark Ave
Turn right at Winchester Blvd
Turn left at Knowles Dr
Turn right at Capri Dr
Doctor’s office will be on the left.

From Fremont / Oakland (approx. 25 miles from Fremont or 48 miles from Oakland)
Take I-880 South toward San Jose. I-880 South becomes CA-17 South.
Take the Camden Avenue/ San Tomas Expressway exit.
Turn right onto San Tomas Expressway/CR-G4.
Take the WINCHESTER BLVD South ramp.
Merge onto South WINCHESTER BLVD.
Turn right on DIVISION ST
Turn left on CAPRI DR
Doctor’s office will be on the right.

From Santa Cruz (approx. 25 miles)
Take CA-17 North towards San Jose/Oakland.
Exit at Lark Avenue, then make a left onto Lark Avenue.
Lark Avenue will dead-end at WINCHESTER BLVD.
Make a right onto WINCHESTER BLVD.
Turn left onto Knowles Dr.
Turn right onto CAPRI DR

From Gilroy/Hollister (approx. 35 miles from Gilroy or 50 miles from Hollister)
Take US-101 North towards San Jose. Merge onto CA-85 North towards Cupertino/Mountain View.
Merge onto CA-17 South towards Santa Cruz.
Exit at Lark Avenue, then make a right onto Lark Avenue.
Lark Avenue will dead-end at Winchester Boulevard.
Make a right onto WINCHESTER BLVD.
